JESUS FOR
JAPAN
JAPAN
. . . the land of
cherry blossoms . . .

.
. . castles

. . .
the great Buddha

. . .
and masses of people who do not know their Creator

Less
than one percent of the population of Japan claims to be Christian—including
all “Christian” groups. Japan is called the “Land of Eight Million Gods,” or,
as expressed in a common saying, “Even a sardine head can be made a god!” Buddhist
temples and Shinto shrines abound everywhere, along the paths and roads, in
the subways, and even on the roofs of buildings. Yet, hearts are empty, as is
evident from continuing suicides, sex traffic, school bullying, and scandals
in their economics and politics. The emptiness of lives is opportunity for the
seed of the Kingdom of God to take root in hearts as never before.
It is
our desire to introduce these wonderful people to Jesus Christ . . .

. . .
who bridges the great gap between sinful man and the Creator of the universe.
